Legson Media(“we”, “us”) runs this website and the private team tools hosted on it. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- What you send us.When you use the contact form we collect your name, phone number, city, the service you're interested in and your message. If you call or email us, we keep that correspondence.
- Usage information. We record which pages are viewed, the page that referred you and actions such as tapping our phone number or submitting a form. Our hosting and analytics providers also receive standard technical details like your browser type, device type and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Team accounts. People who work with us sign in to a private portal with a work email and password. We store that account, plus the work they record there.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To keep the website and our team tools secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising on behalf of anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to measure page views, and we may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors move through the site. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.
Google Drive and Dropbox
Our private team portal can connect to the business owner's own Google Drive and Dropbox accounts so files can be browsed in one place. This feature is used only by the account owner and is not available to visitors or clients.
- Access is read-only. We read file and folder names, basic details and thumbnails.
- That information is shown to the signed-in owner and is not copied into our database.
- It is never sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.
- Access can be removed at any time from the Google Account or Dropbox security settings.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the website, and only as far as they need it: our website host (Vercel), our database and sign-in provider (Supabase) and the analytics tools named above. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and client records for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion and to not be treated differently for making a request. To do any of this, contact us using the details below.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
